Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our business development and sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management in the Data Center, Power Distribution, or Electrical Industrial Market.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Generate Business Opportunities:
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Build and Manage Client Relationships:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Proposal Development and Presentations:
    • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the client’s needs.
    • Conduct product/service demonstrations and articulate the value proposition effectively.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
    • Lead negotiations and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our competitive position.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Understanding of Enclosure/Power market and familiarity with current market trends.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to create impactful presentations and proposals.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-Driven:
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to drive client success.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
