Business Development Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our business development and sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management in the Data Center, Power Distribution, or Electrical Industrial Market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and Generate Business Opportunities:
- Proactively seek new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Build and Manage Client Relationships:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Proposal Development and Presentations:
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the client’s needs.
- Conduct product/service demonstrations and articulate the value proposition effectively.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Lead negotiations and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our competitive position.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Understanding of Enclosure/Power market and familiarity with current market trends.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create impactful presentations and proposals.
- Relationship Building:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-Driven:
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Team Collaboration:
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to drive client success.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
